New era for pharmacists in Bangladesh

A recent discussion involving the Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh, university faculties, and government bodies highlighted a major development for the pharmacy sector in Bangladesh.

Approximately 700 hospital pharmacists are expected to be deployed in government hospitals nationwide, with the organogram and facility approvals currently in progress. This initiative marks a significant step toward structured integration and professional advancement of pharmacists in the public healthcare system.
